Refund & Return Policy

At Raven & Crow Apothecary, each order is prepared and packaged with care. Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, and we want you to feel confident when ordering from our apothecary.

Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept requests for eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In its original condition
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us through the contact information provided on our website before sending the product back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Body Care & Personal-Care Products

For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, opened or used body-care and personal-care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This includes products such as:

• Body butters and creams
• Magnesium sprays
• Body oils
• Salves and balms
• Bath and body products
• Scrubs
• Other topical personal-care products

Please carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, and other information before ordering.

Herbal & Consumable Products

For health and safety reasons, opened herbal, tea, food, or other consumable products cannot be returned.

Unopened products may be eligible for return when they otherwise meet the requirements of this policy.

Candles & Home Goods

Unused and unburned candles and eligible home goods may be considered for return within the 14-day return period when they are in their original condition and packaging.

Candles that have been burned or otherwise used are not eligible for return unless there is a verified product defect.

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, guides, printable materials, and other digital products are generally non-refundable after delivery or access has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to applicable law.

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item is damaged during shipping, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging when shipping damage is involved

Please keep the product and all original packaging until we have reviewed your request.

If we determine that the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

Handmade Variations

Many Raven & Crow Apothecary products are handcrafted in small batches and may contain botanical or naturally derived ingredients.

Slight variations in color, texture, scent, botanical appearance, placement, or other characteristics may naturally occur between batches.

Reasonable variations associated with handmade production or natural materials are part of the character of our products and are not considered defects.

Allergies, Sensitivities & Personal Preferences

Please review the complete ingredient list before purchasing or using a body-care, botanical, or herbal product.

We cannot generally accept returns of opened products because of personal scent preferences, texture preferences, sensitivities, or reactions when the ingredients were accurately disclosed before purchase.

If you have known allergies or sensitivities, carefully review the ingredient list before purchasing and consider whether the product is appropriate for you.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for eligible return-shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an approved item. Raven & Crow Apothecary cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages that cannot be tracked.

Refunds

Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping charges are generally not refundable unless the refund results from an error by Raven & Crow Apothecary or as otherwise required by law.

Exchanges

Because many Raven & Crow products are handcrafted in small batches and inventory may be limited, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us and we will determine the appropriate resolution based on available inventory.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be subject to the applicable return provisions of this policy.

Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Product involved
• Reason for your request
• Photographs when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send merchandise back until you have received return instructions.
