Raven & Crow Apothecary began long before there was a name, a label, or a product on a shelf.

It began with my own journey.

Living with fibromyalgia changed the way I thought about my body, my health, and the way I cared for myself. I began looking for ways to become more intentional about my well-being—not searching for a quick fix, but wanting to better understand what I was putting on and into my body and how the choices I made every day could become part of taking better care of myself.

That curiosity led me down a path I hadn’t expected.
